Ela’s Sweet Treats is a licensed HOME BASED bakery specializing in custom, MADE TO ORDER treats. Please call to discuss and customize your event. We have a small $20 delivery within Elk Grove. Outside of Elk Grove will be based on mileage. Delivery subject to availability (weekends only on orders over $250 for a fee, up to 35 miles from our location). Ela's Sweet Treats is NOT an allergen-free bakery.

We specialize in cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, edible image cookies, dipped pretzels, rice krispies and oreos.

We do offer party packages, so please inquire when calling to place your order. There are many example photos on Facebook. Please click the link above to take a peak!

  • Orders under $200 require payment in full to book.  $200 or over have the option of 50% deposit and remainder due 3 weeks prior to your pick up/delivery date *** Exception - All specials are payment in full at time of booking, even if over $200*** Please see menu page for specifics. To have a booking, date, pick up time and payment must be made and finalized.
  • Once treats are picked up from or delivered by Ela’s Sweet Treats, buyer assumes all responsibility for the proper storage/refrigeration/handling of their items. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during your transport or set up. Please keep in mind that treats are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly, such as cracks, smudges, melting, etc. All cake boxes have handling instruction on them.
  • It is recommended that all treats, except cookies, be refrigerated until one hour before serving. Frosted and dipped treats should not be left out at room temp (74 degrees on average) for more than 3 hours. Please keep in mind when having a party, the room temp can go up with many people in the same area. Please be mindful when displaying your treats. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure items are stored properly for best presentation.
  • Once picked up/delivered, all sales are final
  • Cancellation policy: To receive your full deposit/payment, cancellation must be made a minimum 2 weeks prior to your event on order under $200. Orders $200 or over need to be cancelled 4 weeks prior to event. If you need to reschedule your event, please let us know as soon as possible. Rescheduling will only be done if we have availability. If cancelling your event 2 weeks or less to your date, a store credit will be issued, regardless of dollar amount of order. If you are rescheduling your order, the dollar amount automatically becomes a store credit and cannot be refunded if later date needs to be cancelled, regardless of timeframe or dollar amount.
  • ***Exception - Specials are non-refundable. Only store credit will be issued for specials. We do require 2-3 weeks notice to reschedule, at minimum, subject to availability***
  • Store credit is non-transferable. Must be used my original purchaser.
